VCFamilia is reshaping the venture capitalist and founder narrative. Our mission is to create an open and inclusive environment for current and future Latinx investors to thrive. VCFamilia normalizes the Latinx investor experience in the venture community and increases representation and power in investment roles.
Latinx are multiracial, multiethnic, and multidimensional. VCFamilia provides a safe space and community for all investors that identify as Latinx to come together and celebrate both similarities and differences. We have held charlas around intersectionality (AfroLatinx, Asian Latinx, LGBTQ+ Latinx) and highlighted stories in a podcast series with LatinxAmerica for Hispanic Heritage Month. We are also finding new ways for folks to share deal flow and co-invest through monthly Deal Flow Circles. We’re beginning to provide more services to founders and are hosting the first national $25K Latinx pitch competition led by Latinx venture capitalists.
